"Although the address didn't match the lead, I seen a man approach the porch, so I immediately hopped out the car and approached who turned out to be a couple. They already currently have a policy with us but to do my due diligence, I asked how could I service them any further. At the end of it all, with the assistance of my partner, we wrote two policies for their relatives. Sadly, neither of them had their account # in hand. Luckily, both of their banks were right across the street from one another a few minutes away from us. So we took action and drove them to the banks.
Although Regions Bank was closed, I seen clerks inside which I refused to walk away from until each of them saw my badge I was holding against their door. Finally, after staying planted for a couple minutes, someone came to the door to tell us they were closed. I wasn't trying to hear that so I proceeded to tell her who I a with this company and that all we needed was an account # for this important final expense plan. She finally let her guard down. Our client had her ID ready, handed it to the Regions worker and we waited outside. 5 minutes later, she handed us the account info card and we were off ! Took the couple back home, left them with the Final Wishes Organize and got referrals ! Very satisfied on both ends..
